Shipping and Return Policy

Gaetana offers complimentary shipping within Canada and to the United States on full-size fragrances (30 ML and 10 ML roll-on), with no additional duties. Individual samples ship within Canada for $10 CAD and for $10 USD within the United States. Shipping for international countries is calculated at checkout. If you are outside of North America, you may need to pay customs duties or other taxes and fees. If you would like to make an order and do not see your country on the shipping list, please contact us and we will find a way to ship to you. Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days to fulfill your order. All sales are final. If you are trying to decide which scent is right for you, we encourage you to first purchase a sample. If a product arrives damaged or if you have another concern with your purchase, please contact us at hello@gaetanaperfume.com as soon as possible.
